Very Good
The room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast are good. It's near Akihabara and Kanda St. (Ginza line Metro), so it was very convenience.
It was hot for the first few days due to heating policy.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable stay with delicious breakfast
The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was a buffet style mix of Japanese and American breakfast items. The bathroom was so great, and left a wonderful impression on us (as this was our first stay while in Japan). The room was perfectly clean and I loved cracking the window open to let a breeze in when we wanted. The staff were so kind and were keen to make sure things were clean and ready for guests.
Nothing was amiss, it was an excellent stay. Simply know that your room will likely be much smaller than what you might be used to (at least in the United States).
